Requirement – 765 kV Transmission Line Stringing Contractor Project Stringing Work for 765 kV D/C Hexa Transmission Line – South Olpad (GIS) – Boisar-II (GIS) Location: Maharashtra Region – Palghar / Boisar-II Project: South Olpad – Boisar-II 765 kV D/C Transmission Line Work Package: Transmission Line Conductor Stringing Engagement: Subcontractor / Specialized Stringing Contractor Scope of Work We are looking for an experienced and technically qualified Transmission Line Stringing Contractor / Subcontractor for execution of stringing works for a 765 kV D/C Hexa transmission line in the Maharashtra region. The selected agency will be responsible for: Conductor stringing for 765 kV D/C Hexa transmission line Pilot wire / rope stringing and related activities Conductor and earth wire / OPGW stringing, as applicable Installation and handling of stringing blocks, running-out arrangements and related equipment Tension stringing using suitable approved equipment Sagging and tensioning of conductors as per approved sag-tension charts Jumper and associated line hardware installation, wherever included in the work package Stringing-related tower and line hardware activities Crossing arrangements for roads, railways, power lines and other utilities, wherever applicable Maintaining required safety, quality and environmental standards Compliance with project specifications, approved method statements and applicable transmission-line standards Deployment of experienced manpower, supervisors, riggers and required stringing equipment Coordination with the main contractor / project execution team for work fronts, inspections and approvals Contractor Eligibility Interested agencies should preferably have: Proven experience in 765 kV / 400 kV EHV transmission line stringing Previous experience in 765 kV Hexa conductor stringing will be an advantage Experience with tension-stringing methodology Adequate qualified and experienced technical manpower Own / readily available stringing equipment, tools and tackles Experience in major Power Grid / State Transmission Utility / private transmission projects preferred Strong HSE and quality-management capability Ability to mobilize manpower and equipment at short notice Valid statutory registrations and documents applicable to the work Interested Contractors – Submit Please share the following: Company / Firm Profile Previous 765 kV / 400 kV transmission line project experience Details of completed and ongoing stringing projects Client / Main Contractor references Available manpower and technical team details Details of stringing equipment and machinery Company registrations and statutory documents HSE / Safety credentials GST and PAN details Commercial quotation / rate per applicable unit Expected mobilization period Contact details of authorized representative Preferred Experience 765 kV D/C Hexa transmission line stringing experience is highly preferred.
